  • Obtain all necessary signatures and forms throughout the transaction
  • Communication liaison between all parties of the transaction
  • Order ILC or Survey if requested
  • Track and follow up on all deadlines
  • Coordinate any amend/extends on the contract
  • Flag and complete all missing signatures or items prior to closing
  • Coordinate the time and location of the closing​
